1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • The request for a return must be initiated within 5-7 days of the delivery date.
  • Please provide your order number and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) with your request.

Note: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or personal hygiene items, may be non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please send an email to return@buddyshelter.com with the following details:

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Reason for the return
  4. Photos of the product (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your request is received, our support team will review it and provide instructions on where to send your return package.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days once return picked up.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Processing times can vary depending on your financial institution. 4. Shipping Costs

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., size change or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
