Gary L. Potter - CEO MainStreamGary@AOL.com 

Gary Potter has worked as a Union Sheet Metalworker and Heating and Ventilation Installer, and then as a Lead Technologist in the Cardiac Catherization/Interventional Radiology lab at Evergreen Hospital for 31 years overall. During his time at Evergreen, he has worked closely with Cardiologists and Radiologists to design and build two Cath Labs and a seven room recovery area, plus equipment and accessories to be used in performing sterile procedures. He has helped build a very strong team of nine Fellow Technologists to perform the procedures in these suites. Gary has also worked very closely with Darrel since the idea of “Buddy Building Systems” first began. They have spent many days and nights in research, planning and developing the "Buddy Building System” idea. Recently, he has been spending many hours at the warehouse testing and assembling the prototypes of various Buddy Shelters structures in review.

Since 1971 Darrel has been involved as a sub-contractor, contractor, developer, builder, architectural designer and a components design engineer in Washington State and Hawaii. He has achieved great success in his privately owned Contracting business Statewide. In addition, Darrel has been successfully training other contractors and their labor force in how to build using AAC and other “Green” building materials since 2008. His persistence and professional portfolio of work has resulted in his being awarded Patent Pending rights for International and the Continental US in development of the “Buddy Building System”. From assembly of the first Prototype Models he has establish working relationships throughout the United States with designers, architects, builders, engineers, developers, owners and organizations about the possibilities of using all types of Module designs for low cost structures.
Mario D. Tadeo - AIA Architectural and Design Consultant

Mario has 28 years as an Architect in the design build field, working with many different contractors and developers in the Hawaiian Islands and Washington State. He works well with design Concept, understanding, training and the clear technical explanation of each “Buddy” design for marketing. He has been paramount in the 3D market design sets and technical drawings for “Buddy” instructional purposes. Mario is a Certified Architect in Hawaii and Guam. He is part of the complete group of design Professional Associates working on the “Buddy Building System”. He is a Civil Engineer, Landscape Architectural Planner and Mechanical and Plumbing engineering designer. He is located in Kaneohe, Hawaii.
SAPA - Partner Company

SAPA is an International Company specializing in Aluminum Extrusion development and finishes. They are located in Portland, Oregon and have design engineers that specialize in extrusion die development and quantities of fine finished extrusions. Chris Beard, new business manager is the lead associate.


Vince Dydasco

Vince Dydasco joins Buddy Shelters after 5 years as Vice President, Pacific Region for Veracity Payment Solutions, the merchant service partner of American Savings Bank. He has over 30 years of business management experience in the areas of executive management, business development, retail and B2B sales, and business operations. Prior to joining Veracity Payment Solutions, Vince worked for Panasonic for 20 years in its Consumer Electronics Company in a variety of Sales and Service positions, culminating as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for 19 Western States. Vince also served 14 years in the US Army as an Engineer Officer with experience in underwater construction and combat engineering. Vince contributes back to our community by volunteering as Vice Chair for SCORE Hawaii and is a member of the Honolulu Chamber of Commerce and the Retail Merchants of Hawaii.
Kellie Lai

Kellie Lai joins Buddy Shelters with a wealth of financial and administrative experience.  She was recently with JN Chevrolet where she managed account receivables for the company’s many dealerships such as Mazda, Chevrolet, and Audi.  She also owned her owned restaurant in downtown Honolulu for 4 years. Prior to that, she spent 17 years responsible for the overall leadership and management of all account receivables for Hawaii’s premier Country Club, the Waialae Country Club.  Kellie contributes back to our community by volunteering as Events Director and Administrative Manager for Malama O Na Keiki, a non-profit dedicated to the education and certification of neo-natal nurses.
